RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No. 2026-105

RESOLVED: Option year one (1) of the agreement with Automatic Temperature Control of Cranston, RI to provide mechanical services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 is hereby approved including a not to exceed total expenditure of $75,000.00.
