RESOLVED:

The purchase of a Ford F-250 single cab light utility truck for the total price of SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY FIVE CENTS ($62,533.55) is hereby awarded to McGovern MHQ, Inc,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the Ford F-250 single cab light utility truck is funded from the RESCUE WAGON SPEICAL REVENUE FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
