No. 2025-45

RESOLVED: that the Memorandum of agreement between the City of Newport, the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) and Discover Newport for restroom access and cleaning services at the Gateway Center from November 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 is hereby approved and the Council Chair is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City, upon review of the City Solicitor’s office.
