RESOLUTION

COUNCIL

No: 2025-55

RESOLVED:

The contract for the WASTEWATER SYSTEM OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANUAL is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount not to exceed FORTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the WASTEWATER SYSTEM OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANUAL is from the Sewer Fund fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
