WHEREAS: RI MPA 584 – Engineering Services presents VHB, of Providence, RI, as a qualified vendor able to provide the required design services for Webster Street Improvements; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the City of Newport hire VHB, of Providence, RI, for a not to exceed cost of $149,959.00, and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
