No.2025-121
RESOLVED: the Agreement with Civic Plus for the Next Request software program be approved at a price not to exceed $12,288.00 for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 which includes a one-time implementation fee. Thereafter, the annual cost of $10,788.00 will increase by 5% each year for the duration of the agreement and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said agreement upon favorable review by the City Solicitor.
