COUNCIL

No. 2024-66

RESOLVED: that Modification #2 to the Contract and Agreement for On-Call Professional Engineering Consulting Services to update the Drainage System Investigation & Flooding Analysis - Prescott Hall Watershed (#22-012-3) between the City of Newport and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is hereby approved at a not to exceed cost of $2,837,460 and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Contract and Agreement Modification, upon review by the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City.
