WHEREAS:

Bentley Companies LLC has put forward a bid package for Miscellaneous Metals, Concrete, Millwork, and Glass and Glazing for the renovation of the Elementary School Complex project. The responses were received and evaluated by Bentley Companies LLC and Colliers and a recommendation was forwarded to the Town Administrator and School Building Committee

and,

WHEREAS:

The School Building Committee and Town Administrator have agreed to forward the recommendation to the Town Council,

and,

RESOLVED:

That the Town Council approves the recommendation for Bentley Companies LLC to award the subcontract for Miscellaneous Metals, Concrete, Millwork, and Glass and Glazing for the renovation of the Elementary School Complex project to the vendor and not to exceed amounts identified as follows:

That the Town Administrator is authorized to notify Bentley Companies LLC to award the subcontract of Miscellaneous Metals, Concrete, Millwork, and Glass and Glazing for the Elementary School Complex project.
