RESOLVED:
The purchase of playground equipment for Linden Park for the total price of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($160,236.50) and the purchase of playground equipment for Howland Park for the total price of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY-THREE CENTS ($180,404.53) is hereby awarded to MRC Design,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That funding for the playground equipment are as follows:
