THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2026-48

RESOLVED:

That phase two of the Beach Erosion Study for the amount not to exceed FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($59,000.00) is hereby award to Crossman Engineering of Warwick, RI,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for phase two be funded the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank Community Project Assistance Grant for the amount of fifty-thousand dollars and zero cents ($50,000.00) and the remaining balance of nine-thousand dollars and zero cents ($9,000.00) be funded from the Parks and Recreation – Beach Capital Replenishment Fund

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
