WHEREAS:

The Town Council approves the FY2025-FY2027 Regional Animal Shelter Agreement to ROBERT POTTER LEAGUE FOR ANIMALS, INC,

and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.

This resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
