RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-103
RESOLVED: that the change order to the contract by and between City of Newport and Reagan Marine Construction, Newport Rhode Island, associated with the rebuild of the Elm St Pier, is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed $81,294.16 for a new not to exceed total cost of $1,565,544.16 and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said change order on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
