THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-90

WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified a 2009 John Deere tractor as surplus and is no longer useful to the district,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its October 16, 2025, meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
