2025-73 Resolution of the Council, re: FJS Associates contract – Project 351 East Main Road change order and authorize the Town Administrator to execute said change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown. September 15, 2025

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2025-73

WHEREAS:

The project manager for senior affordable housing will provide additional services for managing the housing development project at 351 East Main Road,

RESOLVED:

That additional services are hereby approved for FJS Associates, Ltd of Middletown, RI for the proposal price of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($45,000.00),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the change order totaling FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($45,000.00) to FJS Associates contract be paid out of PREDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANT from Rhode Island Housing,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute said change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
