THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2026-62

RESOLVED:

That the purchase of school zone flashing light equipment, pedestrian crosswalk warning equipment, related Smart Hub upgrades, and software licenses for the total amount not to exceed sixty-five thousand six hundred sixty dollars and zero cents ($65,660.00) is hereby awarded to TAPCO of Wisconsin,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding will be from General Fund unassigned fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
