RESOLVED:

That the Town of Middletown approves the Agreement with the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation for fiscal years FY2026 – FY2027 for Solid Waste and Recycling Services,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for this contract is to be from the Refuse and Recycling Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
