RESOLUTION

WHEREAS:

The school department is purchasing one John Deere 4066R compact Utility Tractor.

RESOLVED:

The purchase of one John Deere 4066R Compact Utility Tractor for the price of FORTY-
THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY-FOUR CENTS
($43,254.34) is funded from the Public Private Venture Fund (PPV),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the John Deere 4066R Compact Utility Tractor is considered a
restricted one-time appropriation to the school department.
