Resolution
RESOLVED: that the City of Newport amend the existing contract for Pavement Marking Program (approved via Resolution 2024-71), in accordance with Section XI Supplemental Agreements, with ILine, LLC, of Oakdale, CT, in an amount of $100,000.00, including $75,000.00 in construction contract work and $25,000.00 in project contingencies, for a new not to exceed total contract cost of $194,893.00. Section III, Term of Agreement, contract termination date will be extended to June 30, 2026, to accommodate this work and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said supplemental agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
