WHEREAS:

That the three-year contract for the SECOND BEACH FOOD CONCESSION was awarded to FIRE & WATER CONCESSIONS SB, INC. of Narragansett, Rhode Island on May 17, 2021,

and

WHEREAS:

The three-year contract included a one-year contract extension for the 2025 beach season. The contract price is SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO CENTS ($65,000.00) which is the same contract amount for the 2024 beach season.

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council hereby approves the contract extension for an additional 1-year term for the 2025 beach season for SECOND BEACH FOOD CONCESSION, with FIRE & WATER CONCESSIONS SB, INC in accordance with the existing contract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute the contract extension on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
