RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-76
RESOLVED: that the Solid Waste and Recycling Services Agreement between the City of Newport and the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation for the period through June 30, 2027, is hereby approved and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of Newport subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
