2024-129 Amendment No. 6 – Contract # 16-030 - Design of Water Distribution System Improvements and Construction Administration Services

RESOLVED: that Amendment No. 6 to the Contract and Agreement for Engineering Services for Design of Water Distribution System Improvements - Project 16-030 between the City of Newport and James J. Geremia and Associates, Inc., is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $66,745 and the term of the contract is extended to December 31, 2025, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Amendment No. 6, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
