RESOLVED: that Change Order No. 2 to the construction contract with John Rocchio, Corp., of Smithfield, Rhode Island, for the Installation of Tide Gates at Wellington Avenue, Bid # 23-031 is hereby accepted to be increased by the total amount of $229,952.53 for the total NTE cost of $2,024,511.92, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
