RESOLUTION

RESOLVED:

The contract for the SANITARY SEWER EVALUATION SURVEY (SSES) is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND ZERO CENTS (182,400.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the SANITARY SEWER EVALUATION SURVEY is from the Sewer Fund fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
