Resolution
RESOLVED: that the Purchase and Sales Agreement with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) for the purchase of 81 Garfield Street, Newport, Rhode Island, is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $500,000 and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
