RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-154
RESOLVED: That Amendment No. 11, in the amount of $1,200,000 to Agreement #10-039 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., extending services through June 30, 2027, for continued implementation of the City’s Combined Sewer Overflow Long-Term Control Plan and associated Consent Decree compliance tasks is hereby approved and the Council Chair is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of the City upon favorable review of the City Solicitor.
