WHEREAS:

The Fire Department has declared two fire engines surplus due to the purchase and delivery of the two new fire engines, and they have been removed from service,

and,

WHEREAS:

The vehicle is identified as follows:

and,

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus vehicles be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
