RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-75

RESOLVED:

The contract for SEWER RATE ANALYSIS is hereby awarded to NEWGEN STRATEGIES AND SOLUTIONS, of Annapolis, Maryland, for the amount not to exceed FORTY-TWO THOUSAND THIRTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($42,030.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the services for sewer rate analysis is from the Sewer Fund’s Fund Balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
