Resolution
RESOLVED: that Amendment No. 5 to the Contract and Agreement for Engineering Services for the North End Sanitary Sewer Project (Contract #19-010) between the City of Newport and Kleinfelder Northeast, Inc., is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00 and which will increase the total contract value to $2,462,107.67. The Council Chair is authorized to execute said Amendment No. 5 on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
