WHEREAS:

That the three-year contract for the CDBG ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES was awarded to CHURCH COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION of Newport, Rhode Island on November 20, 2023,

and

WHEREAS:

The three-year contract included a two-year contract extension for fiscal years 2027 and 2028. The amount of this two-year contract extension is an hourly rate of one hundred sixty-four dollars an hour ($164/hr) for fiscal year 2027 and one hundred seventy dollars an hour ($170/hr) for fiscal year 2028,

and

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council hereby approves the contract extension for the additional two-year term with CHURCH COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION in accordance with the existing contract,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding be from the Community Development Block Grant,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute the contract extension on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
