COUNCIL

No. 2024-74

RESOLVED: that Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with Green Mountain Pipeline Services, LLC, for Sewer Rehabilitation Within Various Sub-Basins Project - Contract #24-015 is hereby accepted in the not to exceed (NTE) amount of $82,144.00 for a total contract cost of $2,863,451.00, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
