No. 2024-62

WHEREAS: the Director of Public Services requested sealed bids for Murphy Field Athletic Turf Improvements #24-079 with bids received on 10 May 2024 and

WHEREAS: award has been recommended to the lowest, most responsive bidder, R.A.D. Corp d/b/a RAD Sports, of Rockland, MA, at a total project cost not to exceed $73,135.00, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED: that the bid of R.A.D. Corp d/b/a RAD Sports, of Rockland, MA, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor and the total project cost in the amount of $73,135.00 is hereby approved.
