RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No: 2024-62
WHEREAS:
The Fire Department has declared two vehicles surplus due to the age and condition of the vehicles and both have been removed from service,
AND
WHEREAS:
The vehicles are identified as follows:

AND
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the surplus vehicles be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
