Any person that is not a member of the Building Committee who desires to address the Committee concerning a matter on the agenda shall submit a written request to the Chair prior to the start of the meeting stating the agenda item upon which they desire to speak. Persons are permitted to address the Committee for a period not to exceed five (5) minutes.

The public is welcome to any meeting of the School Committee or its committees. If communication assistance (readers/interpreters/captions) is needed or any other accommodation to ensure equal participation, please contact the School Department Facilities Department at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting at 401-849-2122.
