RESOLUTION

COUNCIL

RESOLVED:

The installation and furnishing of fiber optic cable from Middletown Town Hall to 110 Enterprise for the total amount not to exceed fourteen thousand five hundred three dollars and fifty cents ($14,503.50) is hereby awarded to Third Millennium Communications Inc. of Cumberland, RI,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding will be from the Public Private Venture (PPV) Special Revenue Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute an agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
