RESOLUTION

No. 2025-160
WHEREAS: The IT Department needs to renew its managed services contract for mission critical needs; and
WHEREAS: It is a strategic goal to provide excellent City services, continued support and maintenance; and
WHEREAS: The City needs in-house support for major functions and day-to-day operations; and
WHEREAS: Custom Computer Specialists has been a strong managed services provider with many years supporting the City; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: The City Council approves the award of contract, not to exceed $508,176.00 to Custom Computer Specialists, LLC for Managed Services and Staffing and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
