MINUTES

1.1 Call to Order: Vice Chair Wendy Heaney called the School Committee meeting to order at 2:00 pm at Michael S. Pinto Conference Room, 26 Oliphant Lane, Middletown, Rhode Island 02842.

1.2 Determination of Quorum: School Committee Members – Vice-Chair Wendy Heaney, Tami Holden and Clerk  Theresa Spengler.    Chair Gregory Huet and Clerk William Nash -  excused

School Department – Superintendent Willliam Niemeyer

1.3 Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

1.5 Public Forum / Comment       None

2.1 Consider and Vote on ES Complex - RTA-008 Rough Carpentry,  RTA-020 Flooring, RTA-012 Mechanical, RTA-014 Masonry. 1) Tami Holden  2) Theresa Spengler    Unanimous vote.

2.2 Consider and Vote MS/HS -  RTA-08D Overhead Coiling Doors, RTA-011A Food Service Equipment, RTA-26A Electrical.           1) Tami Holden  2) Theresa Spengler    Unanimous vote.
