RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2025-157
RESOLVED: The City Council approves the award of contract, not to exceed $30,354.88, to Visual Edge IT, Inc. for annual maintenance and supply of City printers and copiers and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
