RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-81

WHEREAS:

The Fire Department has declared fire hoses as surplus due to the age and condition of the equipment, and it has been removed from service,

AND

WHEREAS:

The equipment is identified as follows:

Length Various Diameter 1.5in, 2in, 2.5in, 3in, 4in

AND

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus equipment be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
