WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified district technology equipment as surplus and is no longer needed,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its November 21, 2025 meeting and the Superintendent of Schools has indicated that the disposal of the technology will comply with all FERPA requirements and applicable confidential practices and procedures,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
