RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No. 2024-107

RESOLVED: That the extension of agreement with Passport Parking, Inc. for a pay-by-phone option for the City of Newport's parking meter program is hereby approved for an additional three years with two one-year optional renewals.

The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement extension on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
