WHEREAS:
The Police Department has declared a vehicle surplus due to the age and condition of the vehicle, and it has been removed from service,
AND
WHEREAS:
The vehicle is identified as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED:
That the surplus vehicles be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
