RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2026-59

WHEREAS:

The project manager for senior affordable housing will provide additional services for managing the housing development project at 351 East Main Road,

RESOLVED:

That additional services are hereby approved for FJS Associates, Ltd of Tiverton, RI for the proposal price of SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($60,000.00),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the change order totaling SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($60,000.00) to FJS Associates contract be paid out from the remaining funds of the PREDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANT from Rhode Island Housing and any excess cost be funded from the General Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute said change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
