WHEREAS:

The Town of Middletown put forward a request for proposals for owner’s project manager for the Middletown School Department that were forwarded for review and recommendation to the Town Council and,

WHEREAS:

After review, Town Council agreed to award the agreement to Colliers Project Leaders USA NE, LLC,

RESOLVED:

That the Middletown Town Council agrees to change order number two in the amount of seven million, three hundred ninety-nine thousand, four hundred dollars and zero cents ($7,399,400.00) for the amendment and additional services of the RIDE Stage II phase to include the initial bidding period through the final occupancy and closeout phase of the Capital Improvement Project specified in the amendment,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for this change order is to be from the School Improvement Bond Proceeds and all expenses recorded in the School Department’s Capital Projects Fund. The Town’s General Fund’s fund balance will fund all invoices prior to bond issuance and the Town’s General Fund will be reimbursed once funds become available,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute this change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
