RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No. 2026-106

RESOLVED: Option year one (1) of the agreement with Frank A. Toner Electric Company, Inc. of Middletown, RI to provide electrical services for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 is hereby approved including a not to exceed total expenditure of $75,000.00.
