RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2026-66
WHEREAS: The Director of Public Services requested sealed proposals for exterior improvements at the Martin Recreation Center, RFP #2026-PS-012, with bids received on April 22, 2026, and;
WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to the sole responding bidder being Dubon Masonry Construction, LLC of East Greenwich, RI, at its bid price of $47,500.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the bid of Dubon Masonry Construction, LLC of East Greenwich, RI, is hereby accepted and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
