THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-28

WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified a 2008 ford 4550 dump truck as surplus as it has been deemed unsafe to drive.

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its March 21, 2024 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
