RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-159
WHEREAS: The I.T. department needs to expand the capacity and efficacy of the VDI infrastructure; and
WHEREAS: The VDI infrastructure needs to be supported by new hardware and backup architecture; and
WHEREAS: The majority of City employees depend on VDI for their day-to-day tasks; and
WHEREAS: Custom Computer Specialists is under contract as our managed service provider with unique and proprietary knowledge of our infrastructure; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: The City Council approves the award of contract, not to exceed $310,676.02 to Custom Computer Specialists, LLC for VDI environment hardware and software upgrades and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
