MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2025-57

WHEREAS:

The Town of Middletown put forward a request for qualifications for architectural services for the Town of Middletown Library Renovation at 110 Enterprise Center, that were forwarded for review and recommendation to the Library Building Committee and,

WHEREAS:

After review, the Library Building Committee agreed to recommend Oudens Ello Architecture,

RESOLVED:

That the Town Council approves the recommendation for Oudens Ello Architecture, of Boston, MA for architectural services in the amount of six hundred sixty-one thousand six hundred ten dollars and zero cents ($661,610.00),

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for this proposal is to be from the Bond Proceeds and all expenses will be recorded in the Town’s Capital Projects Fund. The Town’s General Fund’s fund balance will fund all invoices prior to bond issuance and the Town’s General Fund will be reimbursed once funds become available, and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
