RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2025-111
WHEREAS: The City requested sealed proposals for a Digital Parking Permit and Mobile License Plate Reader (LPR) Enforcement System, RFP #2025-POL-002, with Requests for Proposals received on March 27, 2025; and
WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to Passport Labs, Inc. of Charlotte, NC and meeting all specifications included in RFP# 2025-POL-002, dated March 27, 2025, Digital Parking Permits and Mobile LPR Enforcement, for year-one implementation, software and hardware costs of $63,344.41, annual recurring software costs of $20,869.16 and optional warranty yearly costs for years 2 through 5 of $9,928.38; NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED: That the proposal of Passport Labs, Inc. of Charlotte, NC is accepted, and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said agreement, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
