RESOLVED:

That the request for proposals for DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW AND ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING of Warwick, RI for the proposal, dated November 25, 2024,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the cost for DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW AND ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES will be paid by applicants appearing before the Town planning and zoning boards, as required,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
